Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
All shipping fees are paid in advance by the customer. Shipping charges are calculated according to the courier’s rates and the total weight of the order. In some cases, we may contact you by call or message to confirm the shipping cost and request payment before dispatch.

Shipment Processing
Once the shipping fee is paid, your order will be prepared for delivery. The courier may contact you with in two day of shipment or delivery, and timely communication is required to complete the delivery process successfully.

Receiving Your Order
Please make sure you are available to receive your shipment when the courier contacts you. A successful delivery depends on receiving the shipment on the scheduled day.

Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery
If your order is Cash on Delivery, please inspect the items carefully before paying the courier. Once payment is completed and the package is accepted, the order is considered delivered.

Refusal of Shipment
If you receive an order and the items are not suitable, you must refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Once the order has been accepted and paid for, the shipping process is considered complete.

After inspection, payment, and acceptance of the shipment, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
